Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols is the daughter Alison and James Nichols. She is of English, French Canadian, German, Irish, Italian and Scottish ancestral roots. Cony High School was her high school in Augusta. She graduated from the school with a math diploma and also a high jump competition. Columbia University in New York City was where she earned the double degree of economics and math. She began modeling and began an impressive modeling career with prominent companies such as Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch or L'Oreal. Rachel decided to get into acting and was offered a part in the HBO drama Sex and the City (1998). It was her first audition. In the prequel Dumb and Dumberer, When Harry met Lloyd (2003) She made her film debut playing Jessica Matthews. Her film career continued to be successful with roles in projects such as The Amityville Horror (2004), The Inside (2006), Alias (2002), and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Criminal Minds (2005) (a regular role as FBI Agent Ashley Seaver) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University, where she obtained a double degree in economics and math, was her lead part as Kiera Cameron (police officer) in the science-fiction series Continuum (2012). She was a model for Guess? and Abercrombie & Fitch as well as L'Oreal, Nicole Miller, and L'Oreal. The first part she auditioned for was as a restaurant hostess for Sex and the City (1998). Cony High School was where she received her diploma. She participated in high jump. Yahoo! Model of the Month. September 2000. was ranked #28 on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2003 list. She was married to producer Scott Stuber on July 26, 2008 in Aspen, Colorado. Daughter of James and Alison Nichols. Had a body double for her sex scene in Conan the Barbarian (2011). Her father is English as well as French-Canadian descent. Her grandfather is three-quarters Italian and one-quarter German descent. Her maternal grandmother had English, Scottish and Northern Irish heritage. Nichols and Zoe Saldana, her Star Trek: (2009) co-star together, have worked together with Stephen Lang. Saldana together with Lang in Avatar 2009; Nichols with Lang Conan the Barbarian 2011. She was married to Michael Kershaw, a real estate developer, on the night of December 30 2013. She is a natural blonde.
