Noureen DeWulf

American actress Noureen deWulf (nee Ahmed), is Her most notable work is her roles in film films like West Bank Story (2005), Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and The Back-up Plan (2010). Also, she starred as Lacey in the sitcom Anger Management (2012-2014). DeWulf was noureen Ahmed, the daughter of Gujarati Indian parents in Pune, Maharashtra. She was born in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She was raised Nizari Ismaili Muslim. She has two older sisters. Aziza, her older sister is a Boston-based professor of law at Northeastern University. Sara her younger sister does law in San Francisco. DeWulf studied theatre and international relations at Boston University's School for the Arts. Following her graduation, she moved to Los Angeles in order to pursue a career as an actor. She speaks fluently in Hindi, Urdu, and Gujarati. DeWulf began her acting career with the Academy Award-winning short film West Bank Story, where she played the lead role of Fatima the singing and dancing Palestinian cashier who becomes enamored with an Israeli soldier. Since then, she has performed in comedy television shows and films. She was a part of the NBC series Outsourced and TNT's Hawthorne and MTV's Hard Times of RJ Berber. DeWulf was also a recurring role in Lifetime's miniseries Maneater. She was a co-star with Matthew McConaughey in the romantic comedy film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and also acted with Jeremy Piven in The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard (2009). She was a part of The Taqwacores (2010), which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010. She co-starred alongside Charlie Sheen in the television sitcom Anger Management, which ran from 2012 until 2014 on FX.In 2014, DeWulf won Best Actress at the Comedy Ninja Film and Screenplay Festival for her portrayal of the murderous temp in the independent film Coffee Kill Boss.In 2014, DeWulf was ranked #93 in Maxim magazine's "Hot 100" for the second time (the first time in 2007) and was named one of the most desirable women in the world according to the magazine's readers.
